Over the years, I have worked on many SEO projects, but I can honestly say that this is one of the projects I am most proud of.
Not simply because of the traffic or the numbers. I am proud of it because of what we are trying to build. About nine months ago, we started working on a USA-focused YMYL project with a very specific vision.
Our original goal was to build an evidence-based Milk and Dairy Encyclopedia for the US market.
Why Milk and Dairy?
Because when we started researching this market, we realized that there is already a huge amount of reliable information available from organizations such as the CDC, USDA, FDA, and AAP.
The information is there. But for an ordinary parent, understanding it is not always easy.
Most of these organizations naturally publish information in a professional and technical way. One source may provide information about breast milk, another about cow’s milk, another about goat milk, another about dairy safety, and another about a specific health or nutrition topic.
But we could not find one platform where parents could easily explore the complete world of milk and dairy in one place, from A to Z, in simple and understandable language.
That became the reason we started this project. Our goal was never to replace the original sources. Instead, we wanted to make their valuable information easier for everyday parents to understand.
That is why, whenever appropriate, we connect the relevant information in our content with its primary or authoritative source.
A parent can read the explanation in simple language, and if they want to verify the information or learn more, they can go directly to the original source.
For a YMYL website, I believe this level of transparency is extremely important. We also wanted the project to go beyond simply publishing content.
To make the information more useful and trustworthy, we have been working with registered dietitians and nutrition professionals, including international professionals. We have also involved medical and health-related students who have experience and knowledge in relevant health areas.
The goal is simple.
If a parent has a question about milk or dairy, we want that parent to find the answer in one place, understand it easily, and feel confident about where the information came from.
From the SEO side, this project has been a completely different experience for me.
I started with deep competitor analysis, understanding the USA market, studying user intent, researching topics and search behavior, building the site architecture, developing silo structures, creating topic clusters, and designing the content ecosystem around the actual needs of parents.
Then came the technical side of SEO, on-page optimization, internal linking, external references, content organization, and building a strong topical structure across the website.
But I did not want to stop there.
Search is changing. AI is changing how people discover information.
So we are also working on AEO and GEO, along with making the content easier for LLMs and AI-driven search systems to understand.
For me, this is where my SEO experience has become especially valuable. SEO today is not only about getting a page to rank on Google.
It is about understanding users, understanding search engines, understanding entities and topics, structuring information properly, building trust, and increasingly making that information understandable to AI systems as well.
And now, after around nine months of work, we are starting to see the project gaining real visibility in the USA market.
Fooder Ghor is currently receiving around 30K to 80K+ impressions per day from the USA, and we are also seeing 8K+ daily impressions coming from Generative Search experiences.

The Google Search Console data is also showing significant growth, with more than 2.3 million impressions over the measured 12-month period and an average position around 9.8.
For me, however, these numbers are not the final goal. They are simply proof that the strategy is moving in the right direction.
There is another part of this project that makes me especially proud.
Until now, we have built this entire project without doing a single backlink campaign.
In an era where many people still believe that ranking in a competitive YMYL niche without backlinks is almost impossible, we decided to take a different approach.
Instead of trying to build authority primarily through backlinks, we focused on building genuine topical authority, strong information architecture, comprehensive topic coverage, reliable sourcing, expert involvement, and the overall trustworthiness of the website.
Our focus has been on creating content that demonstrates Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness, while making the entire website useful and understandable for real users.
We wanted Google to understand not just individual pages, but the depth and relationship of the topics we cover.
And the results so far have been very encouraging.
Without relying on a backlink strategy, Fooder Ghor is now gaining significant organic visibility in the USA, reaching tens of thousands of impressions every day.
For me, this is one of the strongest lessons from the project:
You do not always have to follow the traditional SEO playbook.
If you understand the market, understand user intent, build genuine topical authority, create a trustworthy content ecosystem, and align the website with what search engines are trying to reward, you can build organic visibility even in a difficult YMYL space.
The real goal is much bigger.
We want Fooder Ghor to become a trusted USA-focused knowledge platform for parents who have questions about milk and dairy.
A place where someone can search for a question, understand the answer without needing a medical or nutrition background, see where the information comes from, and verify it whenever they want.
This project has allowed me to bring together many years of experience in SEO with my growing focus on AEO, GEO and AI search.
And honestly, this is one of the reasons I enjoy working on it so much. We are not simply trying to build another food website.
We are trying to build something useful, evidence-based, transparent, and genuinely valuable for parents.
There is still a lot of work ahead.
But after seeing how far the project has come in only nine months, I am genuinely excited about where Fooder Ghor can go next.
This is not just another SEO project for me.
It is a project where I am trying to build something that can become a real brand in the USA market while putting my SEO, AEO, and GEO experience into practice.
